DermaFeel ships worldwide. Because shipping cost and lead time depend on your destination and order size, they are confirmed with your quotation rather than charged automatically at checkout.
How shipping is quoted
- Tell us the products, quantities and your destination country when you send an enquiry.
- We reply with a quotation that sets out the shipping method, cost and estimated lead time for your order.
- Shipping is arranged once you approve the quotation and settle the invoice.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Processing and transit times vary by destination and carrier; the estimate in your quotation is a guide, not a guarantee, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays or events outside our control.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices unless we state otherwise in your quotation.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we will share tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Address accuracy and undeliverable parcels
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may incur additional cost.
