About our store
DermaFeel is a quotation-based store for Korean clinic-channel skincare. Prices shown on the site are indicative and given in US dollars for guidance only. We do not take payment online; orders are confirmed and invoiced separately.
Quotations and orders
- Adding items to a quote and sending an enquiry is a request for pricing — it is not a binding order.
- An order becomes binding only once we confirm it in writing and issue an invoice, and you approve that invoice.
- We may decline or limit any enquiry or order, including where products are unavailable or cannot be shipped to your destination.
Pricing and payment
Final pricing, shipping and any applicable charges are set out in the quotation we send you. Payment is made against the invoice we issue, by the method stated on it. Indicative prices on the site may change at any time before a quotation is confirmed.
